Professor Greiner, the Honorable S. William Green Professor of
Public Law and Faculty Director of the Access to Justice Lab, 
will discuss his innovative research on improving access to justice
through evidence-based methods, including his recent findings about
 how the state and local rules and practices applicable in
the Philadelphia courts make divorce so onerous for the poor.
